Cloud Signal Advisors readiness-assessment software is designed to run in the customer's own environment using customer-granted permissions and to generate outputs locally in the customer-selected output path.

Unless you separately choose to provide files or reports to Cloud Signal Advisors, the software does not require assessment outputs to be transmitted to Cloud Signal Advisors as part of normal execution.

Customers are responsible for determining whether they are authorized to run the software in a given tenant and for handling locally generated outputs in accordance with their own legal, contractual, privacy, and security obligations.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

- operate and improve the website;

- provide purchased products and customer support;

- maintain business records;
